At worst, you'd get banned from discussions but they'd most likely warn you first. Nothing in the Code of Conduct for this forum, or in the Steam Discussion rules in general, prohibit talking about cheats/exploits. That is why I would like to know if you can get banned for that. So my simple thinking: if you are not supposed to get this achievement before the 1st anniversary and you get it by changing the date on your pc you are "cheating" the achievement.
